This Summer 2010 update is an important one, especially for users of the English Channel, where the full range of updates and new chart editions from the Dutch Hydrographic Service have been included. This combines with the application of new Notices to Mariners and periodic replacing chart editions from all of official providers to give the user the best information to hand when making navigational decisions. Coming to well over 3000 Notices to Mariners and more than 40 new charts in the Atlantic European coasts title between the Spring and Summer releases alone, the value of providing this additional revision is clear.
We are also pleased to see the return of a fully reworked African MegaWide Max chart to our offer. This extensive coverage around the continent, accompanied by the return of West African NT+ charting, will allow users work with the best charting available. Further, our charting of the River Dnieper has been expanded to bring users all the way to the shores of the Black Sea with brand new cartography. Germany Inland waters have been given a significant boost with the addition of a number of new charts covering both rivers and canals. New charting too is available for users wishing to sail the Volga-Baltic Canal in both Max and NT+ formats with new chart titles. All of these additions will also appear in our MegaWide Max chart for the entire collection of European Inland Waters charting we offer. This is not to mention the whole catalogue of Turkish Hydrographic Office charting being employed across the Aegean Sea and every available Hydrographica chart appearing in our coverage of the Swedish coastline.
Be sure when you are preparing your plans on the water that you are carrying charting containing all of the latest updates from C-Map by Jeppesen to help ensure safe and enjoyable navigation.
